Indian Armed Forces at a glance

In its biggest show of millitary power, the Obama administration has decided to deploy its special troops in 75 countries across the world. They say that the deployment is to fight against and destroy the Al Qaeda network and its operatives across all 75 countries that include Yemen, Egypt, Libiya, Sudan, Algeria, Malaysia, Phillipines, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia. Law enforcement agencies acros the world have discovered and busted some sleeping and/or semi active modules of Al Qaeda in USA, UK, Italy, France, Germany, Turkey, Spain, Mexico, Albania, Uganda, Rawanda and other African nations. But is the US millitary special force deployment only for fighting and destroying these Al Qaeda modules and eliminating its operatives or does it mean something else?
