What death of Bin Laden means to India?

Osama Bin Laden, the world's deadliest and most wanted terrorist by a number of countries across the world was found and killed by US troops in Abbottabad, Pakistan. Osama Bin Laden, founder of Al Qaeda and leader of Taliban was a deadly threat to the whole world but finally afetr years of tracking and following him, US special Operations troops finally shot and killed him; bringing to end, a reign of terror. Osama Bin Laden who was a strong practioner of Islam and Jehad was an enemy of US and Western Countries and considered india as Pakistan's No.1 enemy and an ally of US. This was the reason why he carried out a number of terror strikes on India, targeting its Parliament in Delhi and financial capital Mumbai.
Bin laden's death that took place on 2 May 2011, was a majorblow to Al Qaeda and Taliban. And the recovery of, details of terror strikes that were to take place in future by US troops led to further assasination and killing of his loyal commanders in Afghanistan and Pakistan by US troops. Bin Laden's death is of great importance to the whole world as he was considered as the champion of Jihad ad was considered an icon by separatists, but it also means a lot to India who suffered from terrorist attacks carried out by his Al Qaeda. It has been observed that Bin Laden's death and death of his comrades has dealt a blow to Al Qaeda, who are getting short on leadership. Bin Laden's death has also damaged the finances of Al Qaeda and links established by Bin laden got lost due to constant threat and survelliance by the US government. This has affected the training and providing of weapons and other kinds of support to Al Qaeda and Taliban fighters. It is certain that this would gradually reduce terrosr strikes on India and also on US and Western countries.
But India should not feel satisfied as Al Jawahiri, world's No.2 and second in command of Al Qaeda after Bin Laden is still alive and is considered the brain behind carrying out terror strikes in India and elsewhere. He has vowed to avenge Bin Laden's death and has promised to carry out terror strikes against US and India. Indian government should stay alert and should tighten vigil by its troops on Western borders with Afghanistan and Pakistan as it has been reported that hundreds of armed terrorists are waiting in POK and other surrounding areas to sneak inside India. India should also improve its internal security structure and strengthen its intelligence services so that terror strikes can be foiled in time and hundreds of lives can be saved from being lost. It is haigh time that india start thinking like US and ensure security of its citizens.
